Clinical Trial Agreement between Access Business Group and Neptune Technologies & Bioressources Inc.

(Neptune) is pleased to announce the conclusion of a clinical trial agreement with Access Business Group LLC ("Access"), an affiliate of Amway Corp., to evaluate Neptune's NKO™ krill oil product. A successful clinical trial may lead Access and Neptune to a licensing agreement allowing Access to market a formulation with NKO™.
