We typically file in the United States with counterparts in certain countries in Europe and the rest of the world, thus covering the major nutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets.

Neptune has registered or has pending registrations of the trademarks OPA3™ and NKO® in over thirty countries. Neptune OceanExtract™ and NKA™ are other trademarks of Neptune.
