Neptune is a pioneer in the research, development and commercialization of natural, marine-based omega-3 phospholipid products, derived from marine biomass, for the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets.

Neptune focuses on dietary supplements and, through its subsidiaries Acasti and NeuroBioPharm, the Company is developing pharmaceutical grade phospholipid omega-3 products derived from krill targeting cardiometabolic and neurological conditions respectively.

A solid intellectual property (IP) portfolio is leveraged and actively defended. Neptune has been successful in signing a number of royalty bearing license agreements with industry peers, which attests to the strength and validity of the Company’s IP.

The Company prides itself on being environmentally responsible and has been Friend of the Sea (FOS) and NSF certified for the care it takes for the sustainability of the marine biomass
